Group classes are an excellent way to learn about, experience and study yoga. They offer a time and space for you, away from the demands of daily life. Generally people find the classes restful, refreshing and enjoyable. Over time, many have reported increased body awareness and sensitivity, increased strength and flexibility and a deepening of the breath.
Although we take care to make sure everyone is comfortable in classes, it is not always possible to address individual concerns in detail in a group class. If you do have particular interests, needs or concerns, it may be appropriate to book in for an individual lesson or lessons; please do talk to us. It is also important to know if you are pregnant.
Currently Ranju is not teaching any live classes due to the pandemic. Instead, he teaches Zoom classes on a Monday evening (6-7.15), on a Tuesday morning (10-11.15) and on Wednesday evening (6-7.15). These classes all have a similar theme, although no two classes are exactly the same. Each class is recorded and the recordings are available for one week.
The classes run with the school terms; payment is by the half term (usually 6 weeks). Currently the cost for joining is:
£42 – one class per week for 6 weeks; £72 – two classes per week for 6 weeks; £90 unlimited access.
The next term will run from the week of Feb 22nd 2021 until the week of March 29th (6 weeks)
